“If you want someone to go bankrupt, give them more information” – Nassim Nicholas Taleb
Have you ever felt like you’re drowning in strategies, frameworks, and more information—but nothing is really changing in your business?
You’re not alone.
So many entrepreneurs fall into this trap. We think if we just add more knowledge, things will finally start clicking. We invest in courses, read all the books, join masterminds… But still, somehow, it all feels the same.
For over a decade, I’ve coached more than 400 clients, and I’ve helped them collectively generate over $3 million in revenue.
And here’s what I’ve learned: sustainable growth and real change doesn’t come from packing in more information.
In fact, it’s usually the opposite.
True growth requires something simpler—space.
Space to think, to focus, to get clear on what really matters.
➡️ The Real Shift Happens When You Create Space
When clients first come to me, they’re often looking for the next big strategy or framework. And sure, those things have value.
But they’re often already overloaded.
They don’t need more information—they need a way to connect with their individuality and make room for what truly matters to them.
Without that space, too much information just leads to overwhelm, and here’s what I’ve seen happen when that’s the case:
- Overwhelm Leads to Inaction: Too many options create confusion. Instead of taking steps forward, clients get stuck, unsure of what to prioritize.
- Self-Doubt Starts to Creep In: When there’s no clear path, it’s easy to start questioning yourself. Without clarity, self-sabotage can kick in, keeping you from moving forward.
- Frustration with No Results: When we’re spinning our wheels, it’s easy to think nothing’s working. This can lead to doubt, both in yourself and in your ability to make real progress.
It doesn’t help anyone.
This is why I do the complete opposite to create transformation for my clients.
➡️ Why I Don’t Just Give My Clients More to “Process”
Instead of handing my clients a pile of new information, I help them create space in their mind, their schedule, and their approach.
I ask questions that allow them to reflect and *see* the answers they already have within.
Because…
You already have everything inside of you. Your own experiences, insights, and values, strengths, capabilities—everything that God blessed you with are the most powerful resources you have.
My role is to help you access them.
Here’s what happens when you make space for your own potential to unfold:
- You Begin to See Your Own Strength: As you become clearer, you start to recognize what you’re truly capable of. Self-belief grows naturally when you can see your own wins and wisdom.
- You Gain Clarity and Direction: Without the noise, you can focus on your own path, not everyone else’s. You start making decisions that feel aligned with who you are and what you want to achieve.
- You Feel Empowered to Take Bold Action: Knowing your worth and seeing your potential allows you to move forward with confidence, even in the face of challenges.
When clients get to this point, growth starts to feel natural.
Why?
Because you already have everything you need inside you. God has gifted you the resources and potential to succeed in this life and in the Hereafter.
➡️ What It Really Means to Be Supported in Growth
Here’s what I know for sure:
My job isn’t to overwhelm you with endless strategies and frameworks.
Instead, I focus on creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to grow. It’s in this space where you can explore, reflect, and make decisions that are aligned with who you truly are.
Because when you believe in yourself, that’s when real transformation happens.
You move forward boldly, face challenges with confidence, and take actions that lead to real results.
In fact, I’m gonna show you how you can start doing it for yourself, starting today.
➡️ Create Space for Change in Your Own Business
Here are some ways to get started:
1. Start Your Day with a Moment of Clarity: Take a few minutes each morning to get clear on what’s most important. Ask yourself, “What’s one action I can take today that aligns with my bigger vision?”
2. Listen to Your Inner Voice: Limit the amount of new information you take in this week. Instead, focus on implementing what you already know. Often, it’s not about learning something new but applying what you’ve already got.
3. Reflect on What’s Working: Set aside time at the end of each week to reflect on what went well. Recognize your wins, however small they may seem. This builds confidence and reinforces the belief that you’re moving in the right direction.
4. Get Clear on Your Vision and Values: When you know what you’re working toward and why it matters to you, it becomes easier to say “no” to distractions. Revisit your vision regularly to stay aligned.
